Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
fresh creamery butter, dark and semisweet chocolate, brown sugar, flour, eggs, leavening, pure madagascar vanilla extract, fleur de sel.
contains eggs, gluten, and dairy.
keep dough frozen until ready to bake. preheat oven to 350 F (325 F convection).
line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
slice cookie dough in to 3/4" pieces. arrange cookies on baking sheet/
sprinkle with two packets of maldon salt.
bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through baking.
once cookies are light golden in color, remove from the oven and place on cooling rack.
devour the perfect cookies with a glass of milk, a shot of espresso or simply with your fingers.
