we ship exclusively via ups and offer shipping to valid residential and business street addresses. we are unable to offer shipping to po boxes.
when will my order ship?we ship mondays – thursdays, thursday shipments are only available for ups next day air early, next day air, or next day air saver. as our pastries are baked fresh daily, your order may take 1-3 business days to process and prepare before shipping and will not typically be shipped the same day that an order is placed.
if it is important that you receive your order by a specific date, please contact us at admin@mahzedahrbakery.com or 212-498-9810 between the hours of 8am and 3pm EST and we can assist you with specifying what date your pastries will ship. please note that once your order leaves the bakery the shipping carrier becomes responsible for the delivery, making it impossible for us to guarantee any specific delivery date. once your order ships, you will be provided with the tracking information to monitor your delivery from our door to yours.
all shipments are sent via ups. orders placed via our website will be shipped per the speed of shipping service selected by the customer (next day air early, next day air, next day air saver, second day air, and ground). certain products must ship overnight and are specified as such in their descriptions.
what if I need to make a change to my order?if you notice that you must make a change to your order, please contact us immediately. we are not able to guarantee that these changes can be made; however, if your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we are happy to assist you with making a change.
we can make the following changes to your order:
- adding a gift note
- changing the shipping address (additional charges may apply)
- requesting a specific shipping date
- adding or removing items from your order
